The objective of the spectacular excursion to the Antarctic in February this year was to create images that provide the beholders with insights into a fragile world and allow them to experience it.
The artistic concept was to present a world that is largely untouched by humans.
The works unite light, colours and elements in a fascinatingly harmonious way. The transience of forms is portrayed by the natural process.
The expedition was made possible by partners and friends and it left an unforgettable impression.
A vernissage of the works takes place on 22 May 2014 in Hamburg.
A presentation of the artworks in various forms an on selected materials enhances the effect and beauty of the Antarctic, encouraging the beholder to respect and conserve this continent.
